Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. A purchase contract is only concluded once you receive an official order confirmation email from Vault Kicks.

In cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, or misuse of discount codes or promotional campaigns, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complete.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping provider. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, force majeure events, strikes, or natural disasters, cannot be guaranteed against.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon successful delivery.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Our withdrawal and return procedures comply with applicable legal regulations. Customers within the European Union, including Germany, are entitled to a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days.
