Shipping policy
General Information
At Vault Kicks, we place great importance on transparent shipping costs and clear delivery timelines. Our shipping policy is designed in compliance with applicable European Union and German e-commerce regulations, ensuring that all fees and conditions are fully disclosed before an order is finalized.
Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We ship our orders through reliable logistics partners such as DHL, Hermes, and Deutsche Post.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
European Union: 5–10 business days
Outside the European Union: 7–14 business days
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the shipment’s weight, size, and destination.
All displayed shipping prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT), where required by law.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may be charged by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Transfer of Risk and Responsibility
In accordance with § 446 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only once the goods have been successfully delivered.
Until delivery has occurred, responsibility remains with Vault Kicks or the designated shipping carrier.
Shipment Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking details via email.
Delays and Force Majeure
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, we will keep you informed about the status of your shipment whenever possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, any reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Legal Notice
All shipping costs and delivery conditions are clearly presented before the purchase contract is concluded.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional local taxes or duties may apply. These charges cannot be calculated at checkout and must be paid by the recipient.
