Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

At Vault Kicks, we go beyond the legal requirement and offer an extended return period of up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be sent back in their original condition: unused, unworn, undamaged, with all protective films intact, all accessories included, and in the original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

In accordance with ยง 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items made to customer specifications or clearly personalized
Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed, including footwear worn, tried outdoors, or altered in any way
Goods that are perishable or subject to rapid deterioration

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Refund Policy

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

All refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different model, color, or size is to return the original product and place a new order.

In certain cases, we may offer exchanges depending on product availability. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Even if an order has already been processed or shipped, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right still applies, along with our extended 30-day return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

In these situations, Vault Kicks will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
